02 // System Classification

BioCore is a free biology-themed breakout arcade game where you destroy cell clusters. This platform is classified as a zero-stake digital entertainment environment. All scoring systems serve as game-state counters only. No redemption pathways exist. No real-world value is attached to any in-system asset.

03 // Lab Access Parameters

System access is restricted to users aged 18 and above. Verification of eligibility is the sole responsibility of the accessing user. By continuing to use BioCore, you confirm you meet this requirement.

04 // Virtual Samples

All virtual points, scores, and in-game currencies within BioCore have zero monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for any real-world item, currency, or benefit.

05 // Prohibited Operations

The following operations are strictly prohibited:

• Automated access scripts or bots
• Vulnerability scanning or penetration testing
• Modification of game state or scores via external tools
• Any activity intended to disrupt normal platform function
• Commercial exploitation of any platform element

06 // Intellectual Assets

All BioCore visual systems, algorithms, interface architectures, audio assets, and branding elements are proprietary intellectual property of BioCore Entertainment Labs, protected under applicable digital content law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

07 // Liability Limits

BioCore Entertainment Labs accepts no liability for entertainment software interruptions, virtual score fluctuations, session data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The system is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees or warranties of any kind.

System terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued system access following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent update.
